GLC 300 4Matic

Engineering Menu for Audio 20 CD NTG 5.2

Hi,

I bought my Mercedes GLC 300 4Matic [X253] in India which comes with Audio 20 CD NTG 5.2 TouchPad

I am trying to access Engineering Menu by doing the following but it does not work

1. Go to Vehicle Settings
2. Using touchpad move to Display Off [highlight]
3. Press the control wheel to the Right for few seconds

Nothing happens.

Does anyone know how to get to engineering menu?

Note:
I am able to access Dealer Menu
1. Go to Vehicle Settings
2. Using touchpad move to System Settings [highlight]
3. Press the control wheel to the Left for few seconds
But only Volume options first two are enabled. Rest are disabled.

I am able to access Workshop Menu [mostly read only]:
1. Make sure Ignition is off
2. Press Home button on steering, Go to Trip and Press OK --> Day Trip [where you see how many KM/Miles for the trip on the upper half and total KM/Miles on lower half]
3. Now Press Accept Call + OK button for 7-10 seconds and you will get into workshop menu - [You can see vehicle data and bunch of other information - ASSYST PLUS]

Please provide detail steps if any.
