GLC Digital Clock Slow?

Clock rest to 1999 and runs slow
Had the GLC 250d only a few weeks and the date has rest to 1999 and the clock is running 15 mins slow . Have checked it is set to automatic time.
Mercedes don’t have customer facing tech support so their advice as usual is book it into the dealer. A days disruption and inconvenience is not what you expect from. £50,000 machine after 7 weeks.
If a £1 watch from Poundland keeps time why can’t Mercedes .
Very unimpressed. The Glc 250 had 8 recalls in two years.. one would expect they would have fixed a simple issue like this by now.

I wish you luck at the dealership. My case is still unresolved. Still not connected to meconnect servers, date showing 1999, clock unsynched. A tips case has been pending since 14 weeks now.... AWAITING FURTHER.

I had specifically asked for epoch offset setting but they said its not that.
Unfortunately I have to wait. I even tried contacting customer service directly but they said the same, that is I have to wait for the TIPS case (whatever this might mean).

What you described in post #28 sounds exactly like what mine was doing when I took delivery of the car. The dealer initially struggled to fix it as they kept messing around with the settings. Eventually they said they found a bulletin to try which was the same as mentioned in #23.

2021 Mercedes GLC
Clock is always wrong also
I traded in my 2018 GLC to the 2021 and my clock is always wrong. When I start the car it will be anywhere from 13 minutes to an hour slow or fast. Once I stop the car and turn it back on the clock will adjust automatically. Is there a way to have it right to start with? I take it into the dealership next week. They claim to not be familiar with the situation.
