Buying 2018 GLC300

2018 GLC300 new purchase questions?
New to the MBW world, getting GKC300 Polar White & Silk Beige. All I need is Apple Car Play, is there anything else I shlould consider?

Unfortunately, if you want the bigger screen and options, you have to choose NOT to get apple car play/android auto. This is so dumb that you have to choose between them...stupid MB.
Other options we love:
-Driver assistance (distronic)
-Parking assist (360 camera system)
Don't get
-Upgrade sound for $1k..not worth it. Go after market if you want better sound..we did.
-Leather seats (ridiculously expensive)

I recommend at a minimum the LED lights as they look more upscale front and rear than the standard halogens.

premium package so at least you get keyless entry
cant speak for the sound of the burmester since i never compared to the standard radio but the speaker covers really dress up the interior. though for much less than 800 bucks i think you can buy silver covers for them...

I just picked up my car yesterday! The apple car play is really all you need...and LED lights. It definitely makes a difference at night. Does anyone know if there are parking sensors that will beep when you are getting close to an object? I did not get the parking assist but I thought that it would still beep if you are getting in the red in your rear cameras?

P03 was a MY2017 package. Lighting, Media and Driving Assistance options are packaged differently for MY18, unless they’ve reverted back to MY2017 packages since the MY2018 6/20/17 Dealer Order Guide (DOG) I saw. To understand what options you can get with what package you need to study a MY2018 DOG. Search this forum and you’ll find one.

The options add up really fast. The base model is still a very nice car but most of the cars in my area have more options and it is unusual to see a sticker under $45,000.
