Radio Not Working - Help!

I tried to switch from Media to radio today and at first the system seemed to freeze so I went back to media and then tried again. This time I got a message that said "Device Unavailable". I have tried turning off the system and restarting as well as turning car off and on and nothing worked. I even found the fuse map and pulled all 5 related fuses from 3 different locations and they all seemed fine. This is a 2018 GLC300 with 1200 miles. Any ideas before I go to dealer?

I also just disconnected the negative battery cable for a few minutes but that still didn't work.

I had this happen with my GLC. The Sat radio became completely unresponsive and said "device unavailable". It did go away once I restarted the car, but I took a video and pictures of it and made an appointment with the dealer. They took a look at it and performed a software update. No problems since.

I had this problem and it initially went away after a restart. It happened again several weeks ago and I couldn't fix it, so I took it to the dealer and they performed a software update. No problem since.

good to know that it can be fixed - making an appt for it tomorrow - Along with the steering issue and now the squeaking brakes on reverse on a cold morning - 3 for 3 on my new 18
