Just completed first A Service on our 2017 GLC 300 AWD at Carousel Motors, Iowa City, Iowa. Excellent place to have all work done. I ask them about updating the Comand Navigation to Version 10. They just received Version 11, so it was installed. Contact Service Manager Craig Yoerger if you need service, ask for Tom Akin (old drag RACER Record Holder in the Lead Sled) if you need a great Salesman! Truly honest and very complete in everything they do. NO HIGH PRESSURE !

I purchased the Prepaid Service Policy - The Air Ride Suspension Option was my concern. Pay zero dollars at each maintenance, but remember I paid up front for that and extended warranty.

Question was: Did you have to convince them to do this (Navigation) update for you - Direct answer NO. I was aware that Version 10 was available, but when my Service tech checked, they just received Version 11.
I used it yesterday, but didn't notice any visual change yet. Took about an hour to load. 61 MPH Crosswind yesterday - Most of my attention was on the road! Speaking about that, the Crosswind feature worked beyond belief. Crosswind along with opposing big rigs didn't cause any concern. The car tracked perfectly between my lanes without ANY intervention on my part - That was a worth-while option that I'd buy again.
As for How to Check which Navigation Version you have. I believe it's in the NAVI Menu - Search there and you will find latest version that is loaded.
The Service Tech did find a slight leak on the left rear shock! I haven't noticed any oil spots on the garage floor, so it was only a very slight leak. They ordered a new part to be installed when it arrives!
