MB SUVs vs Sedans

I'm looking at the MB website and I cant stop to notice that the interior quality and techs for E, G, and S class for the SUV is inferior to that of corresponding sedans class, the only class that seem similar is the C class, are all the SUV just outdated (except C class)?

I think it just has to do with how old the design is. The GLE is pretty old, but the sedan E Class is a 2017. The GLC started at model year 2016.
I believe the GLE will get a redesign for model year 2019.

I’m driving a new GLE loaner today while waiting for my brake squeal fix. Yes, the GLE is badly in need of an update — much prefer the GLC.

Yes.
The GLC is a newer design. All the other MB SUVs are fairly old platforms that are due for a refresh or major redesign.

Mercedes Benz E200 Avantgarde 2016 + MercedesBenz GLC250 4Matic 2016
I owned 5 cars from mercedes
E200 2016, GLC250 2016, E200 2017, GLE500e 2017, E350e 2018

i liked the old design more than the new one, especially in the GLE, the gle interior is more elegant than the GLC’s! I owned both and i know that, and it is much easier to use

To me the GLC is more modern, and agreed the GLE leans towards elegant. I like them both, but do lean towards the GLC.

In terms of your comment the GLE bring easier to use, I would agree, even though I've never driven one. Physical buttons are extremely useful. About me that changing the station in the GLC is Really step process. Would it have hurt to put one small job for that somewhere.

Dont even get me started on the plethora of stalks on the left of the steering wheel...
