what is the fuel economy and how far does it go on electric?
i assume its plug - in, i.e. motor does not recharge battery?

also... is the nav 8.4" or 10.25? online configurator on mbusa shows the wider screen but lists 8.4" which is the same size as the more square one

Yes its a plugin Hybrid, so far I receive 8.0 l/100 km and I do a heavy mix of both city and highway (from Vaughan to Toronto every day) and so far I've been able to push 21km in one charge but I expect spring to give me better range.

My best trip yet gave me 5.5 l/100 km but that was with no traffic and motor can recharge the battery on the go but if find that to mess up the fuel economy cause it means that the engine has to waste energy into recharging the battery you can also save the charge for later or charge the battery on demand.

I have one since April, I can get below 2.5 L/100Km with mostly home-work driving (plugging in at both places), or about 4.0 L/100K with mixed driving, and 7.2 L/100K with mostly high-way driving. I regularly get >1200K between fueling (<45L, the 350e has a small fuel tank). I get 20-23K on the battery during winter, up to (almost) 30 in spring (but a few K less in summer, AC & stuff...)

The motor does charge the battery a little, when braking or cruising downhill, but also via one of the settings (which charges the battery while driving on the petrol engine, really hurts your fuel economy though!).

Im curious are you in North America or Europe??

Cause I read that the European version also has a longer range (34km compared to the 21km we get in Canada)

In Europe. The 34K is only advertising; occasionally the car's system would report a range above 31-32K but that is never reached in reality. 30-31K max and only in ideal circumstances (daylight, not too cold/hot,...). I'm sure 350Es have the same range worldwide but the range is heavily influenced by driving style and circumstances.

It could be the same battery but the range is no way near.... the best I've had from 100% charge is 21km before it drops to 10%battery and the car turns on the engine, its the same with the fuel economy i dont know what it is but the european models get way better fuel economy and range

Just to be clear: that's about the same I have now too, as it's winter (lights on, heating on, I guess the battery also works less well in the cold). I only get close to 30K when the weather is better... Just wait until spring.

Yea I know turned the heater off and tried to coast for as long as possible
I hope you are right though *fingers crossed* btw that range was on a nice warm day (for winter ofc) approx 8 degrees Celsius.
