Enable camera 360 at all speed.

Hi all, I want to enable camera 360 at all speed by using vediamo to coding. Can everybody help me? My car is GLC 300 2017. Thanks much!

Call Mid-City Engineering and ask them if that can be done by programming.. by the way.. technically forward highway motion is prohibited here in the US..

Why would you want to? One thing that comes to mind is when decelerating in a parking lot to take a space Parktronic tends to wait until you are damn near stopped before it will show you the video camera.

I’d lean toward saying it’s not possible. The code for that is probably not in “userland” i.e. it’s hard coded in the system’s kernel to not show it to you over a certain speed. Changing that would probably require flashing custom SW on the thing, which doesn’t exist.

The biggest problem is that the Parktronic control unit does not even open the rear camera from its compartment until you slow down, so it’s not as simple as the screen simply being greyed out. I suppose it’s possible, but I doubt it.

If you REALLY want to do it, I believe there is a custom 360 camera kit with a 3rd party control unit from Aerowerkz. Maybe their unit does not have the restriction?

Probably not worth it.
