If no spare tire came with my '17 AMG GLC43 Coupe, are the tires supposed to be MOE?

Extended mobility tires are clearly marked on the sidewall with the words MOE and/or run flat.
Highly unlikely M-B would deliver a vehicle with conventional tires without a spare, jack and lug wrench.
Very strange the dealer has already replaced two tires under warranty but is now denying warranty on the third tire. Because the vehicle does not have MOE tires? Makes no sense. How did the dealer deal with this issue on the two tires already replaced?
Can't find my window sticker. Damn. But I did find the configuration paper. It lists extended mobility tires as option code R66. This is a 16 model year paper. As such, keep in mind options/configurations change from model year to model year.
It appears you have at least one orginal tire on your GL43. Examine this tire sidewall for the embossed words, "run flat and or MOE.

veh fitted with Michelin Latitude 3 , conventional tyres. Not MOE or runflats.
Car does not have spare, no jack either.
car is provided in trunk with air compressor and can of Mercedes goo, with a 5 year expiry date to fix normal Tyre.
MB Aust have replaced all 4 x tyres with new Goodyear’s on Coupe, with staggered Tyre sizing.
They are All Season, M&S, runflats with MOExtended on sidewall.
So car has gone from conventional tyres to MOE in an effort to correct Tyre characteristic of Tyre crabbing / juddering.
Still no spare or jack, but did keep air compressor and goo in trunk.
Hope this helps.
It is important to read all info on sidewall of Tyre....... more so as two tyres were fitted incorrectly, but fixed before I drove off.
Tyre tech had fitted tyres “ back to front”, tyres fitted with warning of “ this side in” on the outside, had to be removed and refitted correctly.
Allways pays to check yourself after someone works on your car.

This is what the tire manufacturers choose to do with original tires for MB's - and most other luxury brands as well - in my mind in part to insure the tire manufacturer will have a lucrative replacement business.
In turn - the lack of tire manufacturer warranty on the original tires - Mercedes does from their side offer new owners Wheel&Tire added protection plans.
When MB tires are replaced by Service at your expense - the Service Advisor should offer optional Road Hazard protection at minor added cost for each replacement tire - or with some dealers Road Hazard is automatically priced into the replacement tire.
Without knowing the problem you had with the 1st two - and not knowing the problem you have now - I cannot offer comment.
For a OK description to define "MOE" as compared to original "Run Flat" see TireRack link below
