2017 GLC 250 Auxiliary battery location

Trying to have it replaced but need to make sure it's location before i start to remove anything

It "should" be a capacitor and not a separate Aux battery.... what symptoms/problems are you trying to address ?

2016 GLC300 Dakota Brown on Espresso Brown Leather, 2014 C250 Sport Diamond Silver

It is a capacitor not battery. It is under the carpet in the passenger footwell. Had mine replaced on my GLC.
