Brand new GLC having vibration issues. Please help !!
Hey,
I have a new 19 GLC 300. I can feel vibration in the driver seats, when I put gear to D mode. But the vibration disappears when I use N mode.
Does anyone see the same issues ? Do I need to contact dealers for this issue ?

I searched online. My current understanding is that: this could be a engine issue or engine mount issue. And it seems that I have to contact dealer to fix this. So unlucky !

I had a bad experience with MB dealer today. I sent my car for a fix. I told them about this issue. They said yeah, this is an issue. Then after a whole day of inspection, they claimed it's not an issue at all. This vibration is normal. LOL.
I'm planning to call Mercedes USA for a resolution. I only got this car for less than 2 weeks.

When I picked up our 2017 GLC 300, I noticed an uncomfortable vibration when stopped in traffic. We never had the problem before with our GLK. Fortunately, the vibration went away after about a month or two. Since then, the car has been vibration free. Hopefully, your issue will resolve on its own over time. Not what you would expect from a Mercedes.

How bad is this vibration? If you place half a bottle of water in one of the cup holders, can you see the vibration in the water?

I hope my car vibration can go away by itself as well. Have you sent your car to dealership take a look at the car ? I was originally thinking I can just replace it because my car is so new, but it doesn't look like that simple.

If it really bothers you. And the dealership or other dealership is unwilling to help you. Call mbusa customer care.
If then then still nothing. Look up lemon law in your state, get a lawyer involved if not too unreasonable a cost and do the requirements for lemon law processs.
