Media doesn't work on COMAND
I have a 2018 GLC. Yesterday I discovered that I cannot open the media tab on the COMAND system. I have tried to open it with the physical button or with the knob, either of them works. I can get into the NAVI, RADIO, TEL, car settings, etc. just fine. Bluetooth can still connect. Further, I found out when I active voice control, the screen stuck at "Loading Data". I tried a reset from the vehicle settings and it did not help. Then I discovered I cannot open the Owner's manual and the Internet. I have made an appointment with the dealer but has anyone experienced this before? Very frustrating that I can't play music.
