Battery charging
I am looking forward to some ideals for my questions about battery charge on my brand new glc300.
(1) the mobile app (Mercedes me) shows me that the battery is fully charged, but the trickle charger (Noco G1100) shows me that the battery is 75% charged . Which one is correct?
(2) in the above-mentioned situation, if the mobile app shows correct reading, and the trickle charger is still connected to the battery and keeps charging the battery (because it detects only 75% charged), will the battery get damaged because of overcharged?
(3) after the battery is fully charged (100% charged green light on solid), I drive the car for about 15km and then connect the trickle charger to the battery again, the trickle charger shows only 75% charged. Is this right? Or the battery is not getting charged during running?
(4) which is the best way, keeping fully charged or 75% charged, in order to extend the battery life longer?
Thank you very much in advance for any advices .
Ben

I would only use a charger with a true AGM mode, not a "cold/AGM" mode that's really neither. I use this charger, which automatically compensates for temperature and has a true AGM charging protocol.
This one is safe to leave connected for weeks.

Hi whoover,
Thank you very much for your message. Can I connect the trickle charger to the battery with a lithium mode?
Ben
