Knocking noise from front

The only thing that remains now is a rattle that happens over any sort of rough road or pot holes.
It’s definitely an interior rattle but I can’t for the life of me figure out where it’s coming from, possibly in the dash somewhere!

Has this issue been solved? This issue annoyed me seriously too. I tried many different ways to solve it but it didn't go away, I damp the car inside and out, I damp inside tires, I took off the stiffener bars. What was helping me is to turn on the music loud.

I still have one rattle in left rear somewhere, last time diagnosed as a rear shocker - been replaced twice now and still there !!
Some owners wrapped electrical tape around rear seat lock horizontal bars to take up the slack in the mechanism, this worked.
I am getting car serviced tomorrow, so I have emptied everything, even in doors, glove box and under boot floor.
I had a strange rattle today from the front that might be worth investigating by you.
I had a water bottle in the double bottle holder slot by the consol and there was an intermittent rattle, took bottle out and it went away !!
Seems the 4 x little stability fingers have small ratchet locks and if you press each one in and out they make a rattle noise.
Try no bottles or coffee cups in them and press each one in and out to see if its same noise ?
The only other suggestion is look under car wheel arch at plastic shrouds, if a lock pin had broken or fallen out it could knock when driving. Same with plastic sump guard and air deflectors underneath - could flap under driving conditions.
