Odometer Error
I have a 2016 GLC300 that I purchased from my local Mercedes dealership. The service manager is absolutely horrendous to deal with. I have found an error with the odometer recording at my last service appointment. May 22, 2019 they recorded my odometer as reading 76,306. May 1, 2019 (21 days prior) I had my car adjusted by SGI (Saskatchewan Government Insurance) with an odometer reading of 83,898. It seems physically impossible to LOSE 8,000km and the dealership is refusing to admit any fault. This is affecting my warranty, as well as resale value. The service manager laughed and said he would do nothing to rectify the situation. Please help!

A bit confusing, could you clarify.
Are you saying that the dealer noted your odo incorrectly or it was physically turned back? In other words, did you verify the 76K and the 83K readings yourself?
