Have the high gloss walnut in my current car.
Looking for a change next time but may regret the unpolished finish as may be harder to wipe clean.
I'm in Ireland so my dealer information won't be of any benefit to you!!
I have the "natural" finish in my 2020 and it's not difficult to clean. To be honest, it requires very little cleaning as it does not show fingerprints, etc. as a high gloss would.

I took a chance on the natural brown ash wood trim, as I couldn't find one in person to look at. I'm glad I did, and I love it. So different from my last GLC with the glossy linden wood, and love how low maintenance it is. Here's some pictures of my 2020 GLC when I took delivery in February.

That looks good. I think I would've been happy with it too. I ended up with the Walnut
I also have the black ash and had it in my last car also. It is easier to maintain than the glossy colors. I actually prefer the brown ash- a lot depends upon your interior color.
