GLC 350e exhaust pipes darkly colored

GLC 350e exhaust pipes darkly colored
Hey all, I recently purchased a used 2019 GLC350e, the plug/in hybrid model. It came with 8k miles and it’s not a CPO.
This morning I noticed that the two exhausts in the back have dark colors on the interior bottom/edge of the pipes. What are some reasons contributing to this and is this fairly common in GLCs?
I also have a 5 day return policy, no questions asked so if this is a serious issue, considering the low mileage, I’m considering returning it.

I kinda doubt you have anything to worry about in terms of the issue you describe.....there are other 'electrical ' issues that would bother me more to be honest but that's probably just 'Old fashioned me'!

I'm of an age that thinks that all this modern technology is great.....while it's working!
Personally I just wouldn't 'rely' on it to last and get the job done!
