Prepaid Maintenace Plan Costs - 2018 GLC 300 4Matic
Hi All,
New to the post. I need to know what is a fair price for a 2 year and/or 3 year prepaid maintenance plan. I've called several dealerships across the US and most are giving the the following MSRP range. What percentage should I be negotiating from MSRP? I have a 2018 GLC 300 4Matic with 19,670 miles. Below are the ranges.
2 year: $1250 - $1375
3 year: $1875 - $1750

, for 2 years its Service A and B, for 3 years add one more A service.
Service A first at 1 year or 10K and every 2 years or 20K moving forward
Replace dust filter
Engine: oil and oil filter change
Optional: Replace activated charcoal dust filter
Service B first at 2 years or 20K and every 2 years or 20K moving forward
Replace activated charcoal dust filter
Replace dust filter
Engine: oil and oil filter change
Parts for service A using MB OEM part will cost you top 150$
Parts for service A using MB OEM part will cost you top 200$ because of activated charcoal dust filter
so how much is labor? There is nothing special and any shop can do it, just bring them the parts.
Question will be did they included
Replace spark plugs at 50K and Automatic transmission: oil and oil filter change at 60K
that can make some difference.
