2020 GLC300 4matic
The Newbie Has Another Question
As noted, I have a 2020 GLC300 4matic, about 400 miles. I can't find my tow hook eye. This is a non spare car; is there one, if so, where is it located?

On my 2017 GLC they are behind rectangular tabs in front and rear bumpers on the passenger side. 2017 GLC owner manual (US version) describes them on p. 331.

That's where they attach. Maybe the OP is asking where the actual eye-bolts are stored in the car? (They used to be under the trunk-lid on the left, but I didn't look closely...might do that this afternoon.)

Left hand side of boot, under floor, next to the can of goo and compressor, it’s a hidden compartment that’s easily spotted by the black shiney finish
The cover clips off!

Does everyone NOT getting the optional spare tire get the compressor and goo? I don't recall seeing those in my trunk.

I believe you get the compressor and goo if you have non runflats.

Some owners don't realise that the compressor and goo are in the car as they are well hidden in the side of the lower part of the storage area.

never got the option for a spare. several options changed by the time mine was built. poor service by mb in this regard
