GLC43 Coupe vs. GLC43 Standard SUV

Besides the looks, is there anything else that would make you pick one or the other? I personally don't even know if one looks better than the other. They both look very nice and I would be happy with either. Anyone cross shop these? Thanks!

Try asking in AMG forum.
If you like a sunroof then be aware that the coupe has a standard size as opposed to the larger one on the suv.

The deciding difference for me was the lower roof line of the coupe, which would not accommodate the "cage" in which our two cats, *** litter box, travel with us to and from Nantucket, a trip of 500 miles on the road plus a little over 2 hours on a ferry. (We break the trip up for our sake and the cats.) I am sure you will enjoy either car.

We have both. In 250D format.
yes sun roof different, less ability to carry bigger boxy stuff in rear, minor issue for us. No rear windscreen wiper, annoying. Rear head room slightly impacted but not a deal breaker.
Coupe is a bit longer. Air suspension much better. Surprisingly Coupe consume more fuel than other, no idea why, tested multiple times over 30,000km with same drivers, same conditions and same routes. Coupe Looks better and so much easier to get in and out without side steps. Coupe has staggered rim sizing, with wider tyres on rear, means you can only rotate side to side. Coupe here also comes with normal summer tyres, not runflats, no spare tyre but air pump and bottle of goo that is pumped into tyre if you get a flat - bottle of goo has 4 year shelf life approx, so up for $200+ to replace.
Coupe is around Au$10,000 more, not worth it just for looks, BUT we do prefer the style and look of the Coupe, I think it will look relevant and ‘current’ long after other models look tired and old - its style and profile Are well proportioned. Colour has a lot to do, we got white (non metallic) exterior, AMG style, red seats and had ceramic paint treatment, always commented on, especially when washed and clean.
Good luck, hope this helped.

The rear seat not only has less head room, it is in a more forward position in the Coupe. That means less leg room back there. I figured that out when my kids were in the show room with me. Even the dealer was surprised. Visibility was the other factor for me.

Biggest difference other than looks is going to be cargo space. The sloping roof line definitely prevents hauling bigger items if thats something you're going to be doing often. If you like them both equally, then it would make sense to get all of the benefits of the traditionally SUV shape. If you like the couple shape better, you can always rent a car to haul anything huge like moving furniture etc. The Coupe is honestly I higher riding hatchback with better looks.
