2018 GLC - Command screen went black

2018 GLC - Command screen went black
Hi All,
After starting my GLC this morning, I realized the screen was black.
Also none of the buttons on center console worked except for the climate control. Auto start, command power, and drive mode won’t change or work.
I tried to restart the car, locked/unlocked... still nothing.
Could this be fuse issue? if so, any idea of which ones to check?

I'll ask a very basic question, not because I think you're dumb, but because it's happened in my family.
What happens if you hit the power button on the console, next to the control dial?
That completely solved the problem at our house. We'd never turned the COMAND system off before, and didn't think to try the power button.
