No navigation or voice command on 2016 GLC300

I bought a 2016 GLC 300 from Carvana, and didn't pay attention to the fact navigation and voice command were not included on this vehicle. Apparently that was how the original owner ordered it(who the **** spends that much money on a Mercedes and doesn't include those options.. but I digress). Mercedes dealer says there is no way to add it, but I want to get a second opinion. Anyone out there know how this can be done?

Well to quote yourself....... " who the ****" buys a 2nd hand car and doesn't realise it doesn't have some features that they require??

Don't you have so many days to return it? Personally , I would not pay for GPS unless I had too. I use my smart phone. Wish there was someway to stream it to the car system and not have a GPS at all. Good luck, Not knowing the dash lay out on GLS 300 you might be able to have an after market system added that blends into the dash.

Yeah, I would personally have focused more on getting one equipped with CarPlay/android auto more than getting factory gps which frankly does not work well. Iirc it was available on 2017+ models as a standalone $300 option, but was only available in cars without factory nav, the larger screen, or the touchpad. If you wanted those things, you couldn’t get CarPlay or auto.

I had 7 days, but with the lockdowns and such, it took a while to get it to the dealer for them to tell me it wasn't even equipped with it, and they weren't going to make an exception .

Not so worried about the nav, but not being able to control my phone with the buttons on the steering wheel is annoying. I mean, come on...that is standard equipment on a Kia....just sayin
