GLC 300 4MATIC - buy new or used??
Hi, I thought of getting C300 earlier, but now I'm planning to get GLC300 4MATIC. Was looking for used around $30K with low miles but one of my friends suggested to shop a new one, considering COVID19 situation. Need help in deciding on whether to get new or used vehicle especially in this situation. Currently, one dealer offering 2019(14% off MSRP 45000), 2020(11% off MSRP 47000). Not sure, if I need to go with used or new(2020/2019). The plan is to drive for 5years and then decide to sell/trade to get another car or keep it.
Thanks!!
Thanks!!

What options do you NEED? Get a bigger discount on a lightly optioned 2020 in stock at a dealership and you'll have the updated looks, engine, and MBUX. You'll still be in the 40k range. If that's out of your budget, go with a used one one of your choice.

I researched and ended up buying a year old MB lease return GLC 300 4matic and it perfect.. It's much cheaper to buy a used vs new, it really comes down to you may not find all the options you want on a new one, but the I bought was just fine other than the audio, I expected better from MB audio system, but I guess not. I used a dealer in Texas that buys a lot of MB auction cars and had it shipped to me on a transport. If you want the name you can see what they have in stock or keep an eye on it, the inv changes all the time and not sure when MB has it's auctions.

Thanks, please message me the dealer name.
Also, I contacted a few other dealers, and found a few options,
1. 2016 - red ext, beige int, panoramic roof, Burmester, premium2 package, no LED, multimedia package, sports pkg, AMG body styling; for ~$32K with 20.3miles on it
2. 2017 - diamond white ext, beige int, panoramic roof, Burmester, premium2 package, LED light - for $35.5K with 18K miles
My thought was on 2017 but 2016 options are putting me in dilemma. Am I missing anything when comparing 2016 vs 2017 in terms of known issues? I haven't checked out deeply on the panoramic issues here yet, is it that bad to have it as an option on CPOs? Any other things, I need to consider to make a firm decision?
Sorry, I'm new to this MB world and also MB vehicles hence requesting, hope you understand
Thanks,
