Glc 300 driver side window won’t go down

Just got the car windows tinted and all of a sudden the driver side window won’t go down. All the other buttons work. The lock power window button also doesn’t work. Fuses look ok. Tint place said they didn’t take the door panel off or did anything that would interfere or cause the issue. Any ideas what’s wrong and how I can fix it?

thank you.

The only things I can think of are that the sensors behind the buttons are dead, battery low, or the tinting was done incorrectly. Know this sounds stupid, but I'm not sure. You should check with a dealer and/or body shop depending on which is more useful.

Likely, tint guy damaged the master switch as he was spraying the liquid on your window. I just replaced my master switch with a similar problem but in my case accidentally left widow a crack open overnight and it rained. My rear window no longer worked from master switch.

You can confirm if this is a master switch issue by standing beside your car on driver side within 3 feet and holding the unlock button down to give the command to bring down all windows. If the driver window does go down then switch is issue. You can bring them all back up by holding the lock button 3 seconds.
