My 2020 GLC alerted me to a map update. I had chosen just my region for automatic updates. But I wanted other areas. I spent a while trying to find the update files on line. It’s there, but it took a lot of clicking to get there. This link gets you close. https://www.me.mercedes-benz.com/passengervehicles.html You still need to sign into your Me Account to finish getting to the files. There is no easy click and your there. I have attached a photos showing the various screens in order to complete the task.

Hmmm, interesting. I didn’t know 2020’s allowed online updates. That’s cool.
FWIW, the updates dealers are doing is Ver. 14. Just got mine a couple of weeks ago. I noticed the update you show here is Ver. 12, which was a 2019 version I think. They’re calling Ver. 14 a 20/21 update. Maybe the online versions use different Ver. numbers?

Looks like the MBUX Maps have a number of changes as to versions numbers and other details. Now when I go to the online update screen (slide #7,8) and open any section it shows the following Installed: Version 280 , Voice recognition data Installed: Version 280. Before the update it was version 260. If I go to my vehicle map screen, there are other details that don't appear on the website.
