Wind Noise Driver side window

Good luck, but go and hunt down the original posts back in 2016.
Check your frame seals are seated properly around internal door frame and seals on your door frame as well. No penguins were harmed in this explanation !!
Hope this helps.

Dealers here have not done this, they do quote around AU$1000 a side to fit and replace from memory.
So congratulations.

I tolerated it and did nothing about it.
When I ordered my new 2020 I paid a couple of hundred euro extra for acoustic glass in front doors...big improvement but I can't say for certain that it's the acoustic glass or other design changes that have made the improvement.
Crazy that on a €75k ($90k) Mercedes the customer has to pay extra to reduce wind noise!!!

I have 2018 GLC which came with windshield acoustic glass and not acoustic side windows.
After reading some posts here on how acoustic side windows drastically reducing wind noise I've decided to replace them, bought from dealer total cost was about 400 USD.
Glass is thicker almost twice vs original. i didn't notice huge difference.
Seals could be a problem where the noise is coming from.
