CarPlay Retrofit
Sorry if this has been asked and covered 1000x before, but I haven't been as active on the forum since I switched over to the "other" side.
Wanted to check and see if there are any options (3rd party) to retrofit CarPlay support in my wife's 2017 GLC300 (07/2016 build). I just did this on my BMW with this, but can't seem to find much for her car. The only thing I was able to find is some Asian video that shows how to do it, but can't actually find the part nor can I confirm if it's legit. I searched around the forum but can't really find a straight answer specific for the 2017 model.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

1. Not compatible with Command option (only the regular one without the touchpad).
2. Microphone will no longer work.
3. Sound quality is worse.
This one you linked looks promising.
