I hope everyone is well and safe. I am experiencing an issue and would like to ask for your feedback. I have a 2021 GLC 300 with active distance assist distronic. I have the route-based adoption on, but the speed limit adaption off. The issue is that when I am driving at a low speed (say approximately 40 mph) and try to change lanes, even after I use the turn signal first and the lane I am moving to is entirely clear of traffic, the car instantly reduces the speed. Obviously this must be annoying to the cars in the new lane that are approaching from behind as I enter their lane. What causes this problem and how can I fix it?
