Emergency Call Communications Modules
Recall Notice - Emergency Call Communications Modules. Received initial mailed notice 3/22/2021.

Hopeful OTA update available on/about 4/3/2021.

2014 Mercedes GLK 250 - Polar White
I also received it for my 2019. I haven't had a chance to call the dealer yet, but it wasn't clear if I would get an OTA or if the dealer needed to do the update.

Curious, was there any message in your case that the update happened? According to the open recalls, mine was taken care of as well in my 2019 C63S, but there was never any indication that it happened and they took down the Software Update section in the web portal and it hasn't shown up in the USA Mercedes me app yet, so there is no record of the update. However, I just happened to look at the recalls for my car the other day, and it's marked as complete.

Like you I received no notification. The only way I found out the update occurred, was by phoning my service advisor - who informed me it had updated over the air.

Quick update. Received an update for the Mercedes me connect app today finally adding the Software Updates to the app and there is the confirmation that the communications module had been updated over the air.
