Position memory buttons under warranty?

Position memory buttons under warranty?
Hi,

Not sure if this belong in this section of the forums but I wanted to know is the position memory buttons covered under factory warranty? I noticed that when pressing the #1 button it gets stuck and never retracts right away. I have to press it in a certain way to avoid the button getting stuck.

I would say it should be covered by warranty.
