209 GLC 300 differential crush washer size?
I am about to change differential oil in 2019 GLC300. I know the hex bit size is 14mm. But I am not sure crush washer ID size. Could someone please let me know? Thanks

Are you near a M-B Dealer? I'd get it from them - with your VIN it will be the correct spec for crush as well as diameter. I'll bet it's 80 cents.

I finally got the 2019 GLC300 differential oil changed. I had asked dealer parts before, they quoted me $10.50 for the drain plug with washer. However, when I took out the drain plug, there was no washer at all, since the plug more like a large set screw with no flinger, there is no way to put a washer on it. I cleaned the plug well then applied little bit RTV on the threads.
Dealer also quoted me the differential oil $6.83/liter, and told me need three liters. However, when I tried to buy, he refused to sell it to me saying they are using bulk package no retail. I checked with a lot of forums and many people said dealer actually using mobil-1 oil, for differential, not real MB oil. I looked up, MB differential oil is GL5 grade oil, that should be about $30/liter retail. I doubt dealer could get $6.83/liter GL5 grade oil. I brought RAVENOL oil from Amazon, which is proper 75W-85 GL5 grade gear oil. Actual oil use is slightly more than a liter, not three liters told me by dealer.
Many people never bothered to change differential oil. But with all the force pushing through rear wheel drive, differential gears are actually working very hard, thus GL5 grade oil is called. I saw metal particles in the used oil. I changed engine oil and transmission oil on this 15k mile car already, none of them see any metal particle in used oil, might be their filters caught all those particles. But differential has no filter at all.
