I did the Grille over the weekend after extensive re-search "did not want to buy the wrong part"
https://www.ebay.com/itm/254748457293

it arrived pretty fast to the S.F. bay area but item came from Los Angeles.
The Grille is not difficult to replace, All I had to do was remove all the retaining plastic pins and two hex bolts that hold the upper part of the bumper to the chassis.

I followed this video instructions and it was pretty on point
I've seeing videos where they remove the entire front bumper and that's is fine but that is a lot of work. All you have to do is be careful with the tabs and your hands but definitely take your time. it helps to have a big and small flat screw driver to press on the tabs but take your time.
I removed the grille but disconnected the sensor plug that is behind the MB Star first and once the grille was out I removed both the sensor and star bracket and installed on to the new one.

And it all fit the same as your original grille? I'm asking because I am about to purchase the same grille you did, but want to make sure it fit perfectly and you didn't need any additional parts for correct fit. Is your GLC a 2020? If so, then everything for yours should fit the same for mine when I order the grille.
