it arrived pretty fast to the S.F. bay area but item came from Los Angeles.
The Grille is not difficult to replace, All I had to do was remove all the retaining plastic pins and two hex bolts that hold the upper part of the bumper to the chassis.
I followed this video instructions and it was pretty on point
I removed the grille but disconnected the sensor plug that is behind the MB Star first and once the grille was out I removed both the sensor and star bracket and installed on to the new one.

I've seeing videos where they remove the entire front bumper and that's is fine but that is a lot of work. All you have to do is be careful with the tabs and your hands but definitely take your time. it helps to have a big and small flat screw driver to press on the tabs but take your time.
