AR Nav is really nice but some people say it’s gimmicky. I would probably end up using CarPlay most of the time anyway. You’re probably fine. Sad re: no HUD or ILS but neither are super common options.
Weight sensing is another non event standard feature, they just include it on the build sheet but it doesn’t really mean anything.
P.S. I see you are in White Plains. I'm sure we drive many of the same, awful roads.

We have four grandkids, and occasionally I have to transport a couple of them in my C-Class (which has the weight sensing). For the eight-year old and the six-year old, when they're seated on a booster seat in the front passenger seat, the display looks normal. However, when the ten-year old boy is in the booster in the front seat, I get a message on the screen that says the passenger air bag is active. Many parents, us included, don't feel comfortable with an active airbag in front of a child, so we deactivate the trigger (an M-B part on a child seat does that), so it's good to know when the bag is active and when it's not.
