AC too cold
Anyone know why I have to take the temperature up to 82 degrees on the climate control system in order for the interior temp to feel like it is about 72? Outside air temperature is in the upper 80's and sunny. Been doing this for months. Is there a Climate Control reset procedure that I can do? The process of holding the recirculation and defroster buttons does not seem to work (I don't get the flashing LED lights). Am I forced to take it to the dealer for them to hook up their magic computer to reset it?

My 2017 GLC does the same.
it gets really cold when set to 72 or even 74 have to adjust to 78 or 80 to feel comfortable inside. Never thought of telling dealer to fix or look at don’t want them screwing something up.
Don’t mind the ice coming out.
