P0088 fuel rail system pressure too high bank in 2016 glc 250d
Any one getting this fault code in there 2016 glc 250 diesel ? P0088 fuel rail system pressure too high bank? What could be the solution? Thanks

2016 GLC 250d AMG pack, 2017 GLC Coupe 250d AMG pack , 2002 BMW 330Ci convertible, 2021 BMX X1 sD20i
We had the car stall around the 9,000 and 7000km mark. Dealer replaced fuel rail on first occasion, even though I suggested fuel pump as fuel rail is passive. I think they said pressure was too low ?
On second breakdown they determined fuel pump, replaced it and 80,000km later still ok.
Reverse logic maybe your fuel filter defective, allowing too much fuel through or fuel pump exceeding max flow rate ? Some guess on my part.

Where are you, UK and Australian owners better equiped to help as Diesel GLC not sold in USA, doubt Canada too.
