2020 glc - command screen and touch screen going dim
Sorry if this has already been asked. Having issues with radio and screen in picture going dim. Sound on radio even cuts out, the ambient lights, headlights, and motor stay on. Im thinking a loose or corroded ground on battery? In a matter of 30 min it did this 3 times. Maybe just electronics updating? When it dims Normal view
not sure if it a battery connection. System shows battery is fine. Thanks for any help
My guess is malfunctioning or blocked interior ambient light sensor. The brightness of the displays adjusts automatically based on ambient light. If the sensor is blocked or malfunctions you could get this. In my car the sensor is in the bezel of the center screen. Make sure you don't have anything blocking it and don't have any protective film on the screen.
