Any advice for new GLC 300 4matic owner

Just purchased a 2022 GLC 4 matic today with several thousand miles on it for my wife. It was a dealer courtesy vehicle. I was given a significant discount off MSRP. It is a fairly basic car with a slightly over $50k original sticker price. Looks and rides perfectly. It has no sunroof, has surround view, 19 inch tires, premium package, spare tire, and several other smaller options. Tires seem to ride a bit hard, perhaps over inflated by dealer, otherwise rides smoother than my 2021 GLE with 20 inch tires. I intend on using premium fuel as recommended by manufacturer. I’ve done so with all the previous MB vehicles I’ve owned. Have not been on the GLC forum, so if someone would be kind enough to let me know what have been some problem areas with this vehicle it would be greatly appreciated. I realize that this has essentially been the same vehicle since 2016 I would hope that almost all the problems would have been resolved, I also am aware that this is the final year of the X253 until a completely new GLC arrives within the first few months of 2023, perhaps April.

Congrats on your new GLC! The tire issue is probably a combination of over-inflation and the dreaded run-flats. I ditched my run-flats last week and installed Michelin Defender 2's. Big difference in ride and handling.

Hi tarponbeach, firstly, thanks for your feedback, I’ve never been a fan of run flats, however, at least where I live every MB comes with them. Secondly, when I recently had a GLC loaner , I noticed a strange vibration in the steering wheel when going over some uneven pavement. This vibration persisted for at least 20 seconds after returning to a smooth surface. I noticed others had mentioned it as well in the forum. I told my sales associate and he immediately said that it is a common software problem in the GLC. Once again thank you for your feedback and good wishes.
