Where do you service your vehicle after prepaid maintenance plan expires?

In my case, my Indy is WAY BETTER and CHEAPER than the dealer. I just go see the dealer for any possible recall campaigns anymore and even that they (the dealer) can't do without any issues. Last time I took my sons W203 in there for a sunroof recall, the car came back with non-operable electric seat adjustments.
Service Advisor: "I swear when I drove the car in the service bay it was already not working". I called Bullsh*t and made him take it back and take care of whatever they messed up. Car comes back and service advisor mentions that "Oh yeah, guess we reset something on accident." REALLY?????? But I have to be the one again pushing these guys to correct what they did wrong and have to make an a$$ out of myself to get it taken care off????!!!!
Then I get a survey and I leave pretty bad ratings and comments, not even a call from either the dealer or MB of North America apologizing.
I hate dealerships anymore and will avoid them as much as possible!!!!!!!
