My daughter just called me informing me that her screen is only giving her partial information. The icons are not showing, however, the radio station call number is. The screen is lit up. Also a message is saying that the vehicle cannot read traffic signs. Mechanically there is no problem, appears to be a software issue. Has anyone else had this issue, it is a 2022 model year, thanks

Did she opt into the beta yest for chat GPT? I did, and had a similar experience. I wasn't seeing street names, traffic or poi on the nav. I opted out on the beta and everything back to normal within a day.
also, have her make sure the windshield is clear in front of the camera module.

Thanks for those two suggestions, I don’t think she opted in to the ChatGPT, BTW I did on my GLE and it is a big mistake, looking to see how to opt out. Her GLC was parked outside and perhaps some debris found it’s way onto the windshield, I’ll have her check.

UPDATE, after the car was started a few hours later, everything went back to normal. Strange, I guess with so much electronics a glitch is going to happen.
