Hey, folks! New GLC 300 owner here. My car (2022) was missing the manual when I drove off the lot, but the sales guy gave me an IOU. Fast forward a month of diligent follow ups, the service manager I was eventually referred to told me they no longer provide a physical copy. He said: “The manual is only accessible through the Command unit - MBUSA no longer provides a physical booklet.”
Is this actually true? I’m seeing newer model manuals available online…

The manuals are also available as PDF on mbusa.com. I think all car manufactures are stopping to print actual physical manuals. It's a lot of trees cut down for something most people don't even read.

Don't despair -- the manuals MB does print are 90% repetitive cautions and warnings that surpass stupidity. "The best or nothing" applies to MB's publications -- you get the "nothing".
Mbusa.com has pdf down-loadable manuals, but the coverage by model and year is far from complete.
