how to change red turn lights to amber on GLC300W

Hi,

I am shipping my 2017 Mercedes GLC300W from the US to Spain and need to change the rear turn lights to amber color.
Anyone knows exactly what I will have to do?
Buy new lights? Where?
Rewiring? How?
Coding? How?

Thank you for any wise and real live solutions

Hello, I am going through same now. I import a GLC 300 2020 year facelift model from Canada and the outer taillights need to be replaced with European version, as US does not have diodes inside for the amber turn signal place(instead just the stop lights are blinking in red).

I will buy aftermarket taillights- ex. ULO or from ebay: https://ulo.de/en/products/online-ca..._category%3APC

for 2020-2022 models you need :
1. REAR OUTER LEFT LIGHT ECEArticle Number 1193001 / 106535210OE Reference A25390622032. REAR OUTER RIGHT LIGHT ECEArticle Number 1193002 / 106535220OE Reference A2539062703
Then there is missing wire from them to the rear SAM module that we need to add , but I need a picture of the european car of the wire plug socket OE ref: A0255459526, that goes inside the Taillight to see tge exact cables colours, their numbers and positions.

I will appreciate if somebody can share such pictures of their EUROPE tailligh plug here for everybody that will have tp do that procedure.

From WIS I found this wiring diagram with colours:

E3 is the left and E4 is tbe right outer taillights and the wires to the rear SAM module

After the missing cable is sorted you need somebody with MB Star diagnosis to program the lights from US to Europe and that's all.
