I'm new to this site and have a 2021 GLC300 4Matic. Coming up on 60,000 miles and trying to understand what needs to be done. Are there both Front and Rear Differentials that need fluid changed? What about Transfer Case? And of course the Trans fluid/filter replacement. Can I get this done at an private shop that specialized in Foreign cars vs. the Dealer? Thank you.

Not a Foreign cars shop. It has to be an independent MB-specialist that sees lots of them, not occasionally. Servicing these transmissions is easy if you do them frequently; otherwise, there are a few subtleties someone may miss:
0 - Have access to WIS for specific procedures based on VIN.
1 - Correct fluid specs and color
2 - Correct pan bolts, i.e. replace them as specified in the WIS, or extremely careful not to break one when reusing.
3 - Correct OEM filter, just not whatever brand they find with their supplier
4 - Proper scanner to diagnose the transmission, and drain to correct level at the correct temperature
5 - Proper drain and refill, and not "flushing"
6 - No additive
etc, etc.
