Brake pad replacemt notifications reset
Hello everyone,
(Mercedes GLC X253 2020) I recently replaced my own brake pads and also the sensor, but now the notification on the dashboard that my brake pads need to be replaced doesn't go away, and I replaced the sensor. But in the menu I also don't find anywhere to reset this notification. Do you guys have any idea how to do it/solve it?

At least 2017 glc has no reset. Just replacing the worn sensor cleared the message.
You might want to check the new sensor if it is open/disconnect circuit. It should be closed/short circuit.

Ya I don't think there is a reset either, it should be plug and play. The sensor light only illuminates if there is a short circuit detected which is when the sensor is tripped, unless the new sensor wasn't installed properly or defective, the light should automatically be off. It is like an on off switch.
