For anyone whose GLC-300 has gone through Baltimore VPC in the past month, how long did it sit there for before making its way towards your dealership?

I can’t quite answer your question but my GLC’s ship arrived in Baltimore on Sunday. I just spoke with my dealer and it’s still at VPC. He said they’re not open on weekends so we’ll see what next week brings. My dealer is less than 30 minutes from the port so it shouldn’t take long to get there.

Interestingly, it got to Baltimore from Europe in less time than it will take it to go about 25 miles. Granted, I’m sure quite a few vehicles were offloaded.

Still no news or progress out of Baltimore VPC. My dealership has 11 GLCs alone sitting there. They are all labeled as “in process”. He said there is no way to determine anything further, they’re only notified when they vehicles are ready. He said they could be taking care of the battery issue at VPC. The dealership is going through and doing the battery fix for all applicable GLCs on their lot.
Mine has now officially crossed the Atlantic Ocean faster than the 25 miles from port to my dealership.

I am having the same experience, new rig is sitting at the VPC in Baltimore. It was built March 29. Does anyone know if the VPC has repair capabilities ?

Your vehicle was built back in March and you are still waiting all this time to pick it up from the dealer? you have a great deal of patience.

No, GLCs for the US come from the Bremen Germany plant or the Valmet plant in Finland.
