I may have to change my build on the GLE to the Pinnacle Trim. These doesn't look right on the cars.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG

Thanks again to you and everyone else. Needless to say this hasn’t been fun.

It’s probably brilliant marketing on MB’s part to only have the projection lights on the Pinnacle trim for those that want them. I’m in for AMG and Pinnacle because I don’t like chrome trim and very much like the new headlamps.

Other than that I have mostly positive things to say so far, although ymmv. It's a lovely car to drive and plenty quick for me and these London roads. I'm getting used to the size but it shouldn't be an issue for you US folk. Only negative is the standard sound system as I had the advanced version in my a class (the middle of the road sound option). Love the zero layer mbux system and not had any issues or glitches with it so far.

But, I always keep in mind that the dealers sell cars 365 days a year and in my case I lease Once every 3 Years. So buyer beware when it comes to leasing or financing. It has been my experience that the finance guy is the one you have to watch. This year doing any research as to deals others have had has been impossible. If you pull up MB dealers or sites like cars.com, etc there is nothing there. Although the SOME dealers websites in Florida show GLC300 SUV in transit. Then there are others that have nothing.
The dealer will call when the car is ready. I'll post what happens when I take ownership.

I concentrated on getting a build and what options, colors, etc I want and seeing them in a C class or waiting for the GLC’s to arrive before making a decision. Not talked price at all. My MSRP is about $62k.
But I have been cross shopping a GV70 3.5. MSRP is about $67k. I see dealers starting to advertise about $1k to $1.5k off MSRP there.

I leased a GLC 300 SUV RWD yesterday from a South Florida dealer. I have purchased 1 and leased 3 from this dealership with the same salesman. But that did stop him from say we are "not discounting" because there are so few units. In the end I paid $52,107 the MSRP was $55,650. (PINNACLE Trim, with Driver Assist, Nappa Look, Dashcam, Vented Front seats & Hand Painted Pin Striping (about $350-had on the other 2 SUVs)).
Have only had it for 24 hrs. but I really like it. It is quieter than my 2020, the 2.4 additional length makes it feel bigger. The 2 info. screens work well together. I have noticed that there are a lot of improvements over the 2020.
Not sure if older models have a MB emblem shine on the ground when you exit the vehicle?
Between the Red Lines is what you would normally see as you backup. But before you start to go just touch the Icon inside the Yellow Circle you get a wide angle view. That I like
Inside the Green circle shows the mild hybrid in action. A white light appears (not shown). The Red Arrow shows that there is a car in front of you & if there were other cars around they would show also. The Yellow Circle shows the side view mirror has turned Red so there is a car approaching on the left (a few moments after the picture was taken it appeared). If you look out your window at your mirror you also see the red indicator. That hasn't changed. I like this feature of being able to see what is going on around you by just looking straight ahead.
