I received an E-mail saying that my "Mercedes Me" will end on the one-year anniversary of my lease's start. This is my 5th MB, and the service was always for the 36-month lease. Does anyone have experience or information on this, and if they changed the subscription length, how much have you paid for an additional 12 or 24 months?

Yes, the length of the trial subscription was changed with MY21 from 3 years to now only 1 year. You can renew in 12 months increments and the prices for the different packages are all listed in the Mercedes me connect Store. Enter your VIN or log in to see the packages that are available for your specific car.
