The tl:dr is enhanced ambient lightign adds additional lighting along the trim, center console, door panel, and air vents, and adds one additional "dimming zone", direct.

There will be no hard or softwear changes to the 2024. There isn't a change in factory either, both are built in Germany for the US market. I've never heard of anyone having different factories for different model years
Leather should be availavle with ventillated seats, but it may be a temporary block for some reason.

No they won't do it. Any retrofit has to be aftermarket and at customer's expense.

No, I believe it's parts shortages, I don't know what specific components but I don't think it's possible to retrofit.

I’ve posted it a few times but don’t have the image off hand. Essentially the enhanced ambient lighting just adds extra lights in the air vents and a few other locations, and it also adds a different preset lighting mode called “diffusion” which I have no idea what that does. It’s not a huge change.

- Enhanced Ambient Lighting (894) not available for ordering from May until December 2023. This will be replaced with Standard Ambient Light (891). Please note: This does not affect AMG.

- MB-Tex Dashboard with Nappa Look (U34) continued required content for all builds until end of 2024.
- Rear Spoiler (D10) and Enhanced Ambient Lighting (894) are under constraint and cannot be ordered at this time.
- KEYLESS-GO w/ HANDS FREE ACCESS added to standard equipment.
- MANUFAKTUR Graphite Grey Magno price is $3,250.
- AMG Power Red/Black Leather upholstery is not available with Starling Blue Metallic (970) or Nautical Blue Metallic (595).
- Exclusive Trim ($2,000) and Pinnacle Trim ($4,250) prices added.
