Can Adv USB and/or Trailer hitch be added after delivery?

Can Adv USB and/or Trailer hitch be added after delivery?
I’m thinking about pulling the trigger on a 2025 GLC 350e, which would be my first MB.
Last two vehicles were BMW X3’s. One really nice feature of those X3s in the US is you order exactly what you want and get it from the factory in 3-4 weeks.
So I’m getting used to some minor compromises on the 350e Build. The best vehicle I found, doesn’t have the advanced USB or Trailer Hitch option (the dealer would have to trade another dealer for this car). If I purchase, can either option be added after delivery?
