Has anybody had their screens blank out while driving? Last week while driving in electric with no cruise control and no navigation both screens went black for a few minutes before coming back. I can only assume they rebooted for some reason. My Mercedes service department stated that they had not heard of the GLC 350e having this issue.

It is not isolated to the e version, or GLE there might be a software update to fix this.

I had similar issue with 2024 glc 300, dealer updated software and so far it did not happen again.

Ayer me lo hizo a mi.
Lo mismo, se quedaron ambas pantallas en negro y se reinicio el sistema. Todavía no he informado al taller.
